01. CRYSTALS

Crystals are natural structures with stable and highly coherent frequencies. Placed on or around the body, they act as energy relays, rebalancing the chakras, absorbing excesses, filling deficiencies, and promoting the harmonious flow of energy. Each crystal vibrates at a unique frequency that resonates with a specific aspect of the body or mind.

02. Sound Medicine

Sound is a vibrational wave that passes through matter. The human body, composed of over 70% water, is highly receptive to sound vibrations. Crystal bowls and therapeutic tuning forks emit pure frequencies capable of reducing stress, regulating the nervous system, releasing energy blockages, and re-informing cells by restoring harmony to tissues and subtle fields.

03. The Body’s Water

The water in our body is much more than a liquid: it carries information, memories, and is a vibrational vehicle. When it receives the frequencies of crystals and sounds, the water changes structure, purifies itself, and restarts the flow of energy throughout the body. It is a living medium of transformation.

HOW DOES A SESSION TAKE PLACE?

THE TREATMENT IN THE STUDIO

  • THE MEETING – The session begins with a time for discussion, a space for attentive listening where you can share your feelings, expectations, or the reason for your visit. This allows me to set the intention for the treatment and adjust the support according to your needs.
  • THE TREATMENT – You will then be invited to sit comfortably on the tatami mat, in a gentle and secure atmosphere. The treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes.
    Minerals are placed on and around your body according to the energy centers to be reharmonized, in order to diffuse their frequency in a targeted manner. Throughout the treatment, I also use crystal bowls and therapeutic tuning forks. Their sound vibrations penetrate deep into the body’s tissues and water, promoting the release of tension, energy circulation, and anchoring you in the present moment.
  • ACTIVATION – Depending on the messages received during the session or the body’s needs, sacred geometry symbols can be activated on specific areas to support the self-regulation of energy centers and amplify the vibrational effects of the treatment.
  • RETURN – At the end of the session, I will gently guide you back to your full consciousness and the here and now. A time of sharing is offered to share my observations, your feelings, and any messages received during the treatment.
    The crystals used will be presented to you to allow you to integrate their symbolism and effects into your evolutionary process.

IRIDESCENCE

Iridescence is an optical phenomenon in which a surface appears to change color depending on the viewing angle or the light illuminating it. It can be observed, for example, in certain minerals such as opal or labradorite, butterfly wings, soap bubbles, and peacock feathers.

This play of light creates a vibrant and changing visual effect, where colors appear to shift or subtly overlap. From a symbolic and energetic perspective, iridescence evokes transformation, the multidimensionality of being, the beauty hidden in the inner light, and the connection between the visible and the invisible.

    Les minéraux! Et toutes les énergies Lumineuses qui souhaitent accompagner le soin.

    Tous le monde peut faire appel à cet pratique pour améliorer son bien-être. Il n’y a absolument aucune limite d’âge. Cette pratique s’applique aussi sur les animaux.

    L’énergie ne connait pas de limite de temps ni de distance. Étant tous issu de la même source de Vie, nous sommes tout interconnectés.

    Pour comprendre comment fonctionnent les soins énergétiques à distance, il faut se plonger dans la loi de l’intrication quantique, ou loi de l’enchevêtrement quantique. Il s’agit d’un phénomène dans lequel deux systèmes physiques (deux particules par exemple) ne forment qu’un système lié. Après l’intrication, ces deux systèmes qui étaient indépendants se mêlent et présentent des états quantiques dépendants l’un de l’autre. Les particules intriquées forment alors un tout indivisible, peu importe la distance qui les sépare l’une de l’autre. L’intrication s’explique donc grâce à des principes de mathématiques et de physique de la mécanique quantique.

    Même si cela peut paraître compliqué, ce qu’il faut retenir est que sur un plan quantique, l’espace et le temps n’ont pas de valeur ou n’existent pas. Le soin énergétique à distance fonctionne de la même manière qu’au studio.

    Il n’y a aucune obligation de vous allonger pour recevoir le soin à distance. Vous pouvez faire le choix d’être disponible à recevoir le soin à la date et l’heure prévue ensemble. Mais vous pouvez également choisir de le recevoir au moment qui vous conviens le mieux. Comme par exemple lors d’un moment de détente sur votre canapé, en pleine nature ou alors au moment du coucher. Comme l’énergie ne connait pas de limite de temps ni d’espace, ce soin qui vous est destiné, le sera peu importe le moment que vous choisirez pour le recevoir.

    Pour les bébé ou les enfant il est recommandé de recevoir la séance à distance. Le procédé est exactement le même que pour un adulte. Avant de commencer un soin, je demande toujours l’autorisation à la conscience supérieur de mon client, il en va de même pour les enfants.

    Absolument! Les soins énergétiques sont généralement très bien accueilli par les animaux, mais comme pour toute forme de vie dotée d’une conscience, le consentement à recevoir un soin est très important.

    En d’autres termes, cela veut dire que l’intention qu’une personne met à vouloir soigner un animal ne sera pas une garantie que celui-ci l’accepte. C’est pourquoi avant de commencer un soin, je demande toujours l’autorisation à la conscience supérieur de mon client.

    Absolument! La seule choses qui vous est conseillé est de libérer votre mental pour profiter du soin au maximum.

    La pratique se fait habillé.e et de préférence dans des vêtements confortables.

    Malheureusement non.

    La lithothérapie en tant que thérapie holistiques est une pratique préventive. Par conséquent, elle peut être un soutien et une aide dans le processus de guérison de la personne, mais cette technique ne se substitue en aucun cas à un traitement médical.

    En Suisse il n’y a pas de formation officielle et reconnue. Il existe toutefois de nombreuses écoles qui forment à cette pratique.

    Personnellement, je me suis formée en partie seule en lisant toutes sortes d’ouvrages sur les minéraux et la physique quantique. Et puis surtout en expérimentant sur moi-même, sur mon entourage et dans mon environnement. Comme il m’a semblé important de consolider ces connaissances, j’ai suivi la formation de Cristal Healing Practitionner dans l’école de Nicole Schilds, Holistic Serenity.
